MITA is committed to providing a fair and transparent refund policy. Please review the conditions below:
1. General Refund Conditions
Refunds are only applicable to eligible services (e.g., event fees, product cancellations, double payments).
Processing fees (e.g., payment gateway charges) may be deducted from the refunded amount.
Refunds are not applicable for completed services or expired bookings.
2. Membership Fees
All membership payments are non-refundable once processed.
3. Event Registrations
Cancellations made at least 7 days before the event date may be eligible for a 50% refund.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 7 days before the event.
4. Tour/Service Bookings
Cancellations made more than 14 days in advance may receive a full or partial refund (subject to vendor policies).
No-shows or last-minute cancellations are not eligible for refunds.
5. Refund Process
To request a refund, please email us at mita@mita.com.my with your Order ID and reason.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 working days to the original payment method.
6. Disputes
In case of any dispute, the decision of the Malaysian Inbound Tourism Association (MITA) is final.
